Getting around Norwich

Norwich is serviced by a number of bus companies. Additionally Norfolk County Council run six park and ride sites, with nearly 5,000 parking spaces provided. The Hop on hop off bus tours of the city are very informative and highly recommended. The City Boats services are also an excellent way to see the Old Town from a different perspective. The centre of the city is small enough to be easily accessed on foot.

Getting downtown:

Flights to Norwich will take you to Norwich International Airport (NWI) is situated 3.2 miles (or 5.2 km) north of the city centre. By train or bus it is only a short ride across the city. There are taxi ranks and bus stops close to the airport, and the fare rates for both modes of transport are fixed. There is also a park and ride facility.
